Wheatland Enterprises was founded by Diane Forgy, a seasoned business owner and advisor with over 30 years of leadership experience. After building one of the most respected transportation companies in the region and successfully exiting the business, Diane now helps other entrepreneurs strengthen their operations, improve profitability, and build long-term value.
Her consulting work is grounded in real-world experience - not theory. She’s led teams, navigated tight margins, handled tough people decisions, and scaled a business from mom-and-pop to industry leader. Today, she brings that same level of clarity, accountability, and care to every client she works with.
